We ship our orders through FedEx, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and Pos Malaysia (Parcel & PosLaju).

It is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you provide your phone number for delivery purposes.

We do not hold any responsibility for items not being received due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Signature Upon Delivery

All our mails/couriers are registered and traceable. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package is shipped.

Registered mails need to be signed for upon delivery. For Express couriers, leave-on-doorsteps option is only available upon request. 

*If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notification with further pick-up instructions in your nearest facility. You may also call the courier provider to re-schedule the delivery. The couriers will only hold your package for about 1 week, then the package will be returned to the sender(us), in which case it'll be your responsibility to bear the cost for a reshipment.

*We are not liable for any delivery failure or lost parcel if you opted a leave-on-doorsteps delivery and/or without signing the package in person.

Tracking Numbers 

Pos Malaysia tracking numbers will appear in the format of '' RR.......MY ''. If the item has not arrived after a month, please call or go to your nearest local post office to claim the package with the provided tracking number.

DHL ecommerce tracking numbers will appear in the format of '' RX---------DE '' etc. Once your DHL parcel is processed by your local post office, a new tracking number will be generated. Have you not received your parcel after one month, please call DHL Global Mail or your nearest local post office to claim the package.

Duty, Taxes, & Brokerage fees

The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees imposed by the recipient's government in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount will be presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information. 

Each country has their own VAT/Tax/Tariff. Your local post office or government office will collect this tax. We will not accept returns if you choose not to pay this tax locally.
